To complete your reservation, we need to collect the following from every guest:
- Egyptian citizens: a copy of a valid National ID for each guest.
- International guests: a copy of a valid passport for each guest.
- Why we ask: we may need to share guest details with the local authorities, as required by Egyptian law.
- When to send: after your booking is confirmed and payment is received, email the documents to [email protected] before your arrival date.
- Privacy: your documents are stored securely and used only to register guests as required. We do not share them with anyone except where the law requires.
